Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Check-in time is at 4 pm, but due to the large size of the property and time, it takes to clean I might ask you to check-in after 6 pm if there are other guests checking out on the same day. Bag-drop will be available from 3 pm or earlier, please message for details and I will be happy to find a solution for you. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £35 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £100 per hour. Smoking is Strongly prohibited, penalty 500GBP
