You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Good to know

- This is a four-story house with stairs inside and a private entrance. - On the first floor, there is a lounge zone with one designer couches and two armchairs set around the coffee table. - Further on the first floor, there is a study room with a desk suitable for working on a computer; TV and an additional single bed. - On the second floor, there is a large living room with balcony, divided into lounge zone, dining area, and open-plan kitchen. In the lounge, there are comfortable couches and armchairs centered around a coffee table. - Beautiful dining space boasts seats for 4 guests. - Modern equipped kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied. - There are four bedrooms, one single (study room mentioned above) on the first floor, a master en-suite bedroom and a double bedroom on the third floor, one more en-suite bedroom on the fourth floor. All boast storage space, the beds are set with fresh crispy hotel-quality linen. - There is an open sunny terrace on the fourth floor. - The flat has good air-flow and equipped with Air Conditioners in every room. Thanks to the heating system it is nice and warm in colder seasons. - There are 4 bathrooms, in each, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries. - The house will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive. - Paid parking available, please ask about availability. Other Details to Note

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Check-in time is at 3 pm, but due to the large size of the property and time, it takes to clean I might ask you to check-in after 6 pm if there are other guests checking out on the same day. Bag-drop will be available from 3 pm or earlier, please message for details and I will be happy to find a solution for you. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £100 per hour. Smoking is Strongly prohibited, penalty 500GBP

We are a family of 6 and we stayed here for 2 weeks. The house is beautiful, airy and clean, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 washrooms and 3 lounges it made a wonderful home. The place is very close to all the central locations that we loved! We look forward to staying here the next time we visit London. The host was also very warm and kind and so was his team.

We stayed there for a week and never regretted it. Everything was beyond expectation in terms of smooth check-in check-out, cleanness, location, and much more. Also its bathrooms are equipped with bidet sprayer which was a great plus

We stayed with our family of 7, including a grandparent and a young toddler at this place for 10 days. The home was perfect and we settled in just as we would in our own home. The hosts were very responsive, kind enough to give us a video call tour and were very flexible with the check in/check out. While the home does not have an elevator, we decided to go ahead with it for its great location and fantastic photos. The home looks exactly as it does on its photographs and is situated perfectly for a family vacation. Hyde Park is a 5 minute walk and it made the entire vacation simply perfect. The home is also on a corner plot, which helps with easy taxi access. We were staying in peak spring and the family living area looked over an avenue of cherry blossoms with a brilliant balcony. A special mention for the health faucets. This is definitely valuable for anyone accustomed to such a fitting. We were quite emotional leaving the place and we will be sure to return in the future.

The property is very Central and close to marble arch , Oxford street , Mayfair and hyde park so we had a great stay The property was cleaned well the host was very responsive and made sure our check in was smooth and always there to help when needed you can tell they really care about their guest Recommended if you are looking for a beautiful place to stay with great location and host
